4. Service Description and Availability
Suvarnabhumi Legal offers three legal services: will preparation with family consultation, real property inheritance counsel, and estate administration with family mediation. These services are available to individuals and families with matters subject to Thai law or involving Thai-situated assets. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.
Service fees are as stated on the Site and in written engagement letters. Third-party costs — such as land registration fees — are separate and will be communicated in advance. Fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿).
5. Enquiries and Contact Forms
Submitting an enquiry through our website contact form does not constitute the formation of a legal services engagement. An engagement commences only upon written confirmation from Suvarnabhumi Legal and execution of our engagement letter by the client. Information submitted through the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Legal Services Terms
Where an engagement is formed, the specific terms governing that engagement — including scope, fees, timelines, and termination rights — will be set out in a written engagement letter. In the event of conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and the engagement letter, the engagement letter will prevail.
Our services are provided on the basis that the client provides accurate and complete information relevant to the matter. We accept no liability for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
